Possible to have an early miscarriage with no bleeding, then ovulate before your period and get pregnant?

I had a period on June 10, then found out July 10 I was pregnant, which would put me at 10 weeks now. However, I had an ultrasound yesterday where they dated the baby at 6 weeks. So I'm wondering if it is possible that I had a miscarriage in the first month, but didn't bleed (maybe it reabsorbed?) then ovulated and got pregnant again??? Sounds weird, but I have no other explanation.

  1. No.  You're not actually pregnant the first 2 weeks (the time it can take for implantation to take place)

  2. Not possible..
