Possible to live at least 5,000 years maintating a 20 year old body?

would it be easier to be able to do this by inventing a magic pill or filtering teleportation device(filter out old & diseases) or create an advanced AI(articial intelligence) which will be able to invent by themselves something that'll enable us to live 5,000 years in a 20 year old body?

They need a "magic" pill that can repair damaged DNA.  There are already some enzymes that repair some of the damage like telemerase but there are apparently other mechanisms built into our machinery that cause aging.  It would probably require some sort of virus to transport new DNA to each cell and rewrite it.
