Possible to purchase a dissolved corporation?

Is it at all possible to purchase a dissolved corporation from someone in California? If so, how do I go about doing this?

(I want to purchase a dissolved corporation, not create a new corporation with the same name.)

You can however purchase any remaining assets, however check with UCC filings before you buy.

With the corporation dissolved the name is available to any that wants it though the dept DLEG in your state.
