Possibly Antique Chess Set???

Question

Can anyone tell me about this chess set it looks very old and the woman i bought it from(looked about 70) said she got it for the 15th birthday!

please tell me if its antique or worth any money. This is a picture>>>

Antique, no... Worth a lot of money, yes.

This looks like a hand-painted version of the "Alice in Wonderland" set by Studio Anne Carlton

Look at the set at the bottom of the page.

That set, on that beautiful board, would be worth hundreds of dollars, I would think.

My opinion before I saw it was (I don't think so) but now after I saw it my opinion is it's so wonderful
