Question:

Possibly a growth disorder?.....

I am a 18 year old male, 108 pounds and 5'4. My mom is 5'5 and my dad is 6'1. According to the boys growth chart which can be found here: http://www.waytogrowonline.org/Common/Pa...

I fall under the 3rd percentile. I've always struggled with eating...I had iron deficiency as a child which controls your appetite. I haven't gained weight/grown for at least two years. When I compare my new drivers license to my old one the new one actually makes me look younger. I haven't grown out of any clothing. I can still wear the shirts/pants I wore in 8th grade if i wanted to.

I starting to believe I have a problem with my growth.

Should I go to the doctor and see if there is something wrong with me? Can anyone relate to this? It's awkward looking this young.

Thanks for your time.

  1. You could if you really feel there is something wrong.

But it might be a little too late.  But you never know!

Just go to the doctors if it would make you feel better.

You should think about you looking younger as a blessing.  That's what my friend said because she is short and looks wrong.  Use that to your advantage.  At least you won't look like an old man in your 60's because you can at least look 50 haha

  2. If it helps I'm 14 and 5'3, so not everyone is a giant theses days.

Starting to believe is a little...erm...funny for you, you're going to be probably 5'5 for the rest of your life.

Gain some muscle mass and date short women.
