If someone posted a CD on 31st july or 1st august from London, would it get to me, in Ascot, Berkshire by 5th august?

  1. it should do, especially if you put a First Class stamp on it


  2. In theory, yes, it should.

    If it's posted by 1st class post, Royal Mail aims to deliver it within one working day (occasionally two depending on circumstances).  With 2nd class post they aim to deliver by the third working day after posting.
