  1. It takes about 25 minutes

  2. you'd better wear your retainer all the time, or else your teeth will shift back very quickly.  take it from me because i'm wearing braces for the 2nd time in my life!  (but this time it's invisalign, however, still sux)

  3. Hopefully they make them right in house. If they do it takes about 1/2 hour to make. Be sure to wear it as prescribed by your orthodontist. Don't get lazy with it later on. Teeth have a memory and will always want to shift back. Especially with in the first 18-24 months. Never get to the point of not putting your retainer in once a month after that 2 years is up. If it ever feels tight, wear it for a while, like maybe everynight for 2 weeks. It's like an insurance policy for your teeth.
