when you are talking about a woman you are talking about females above at and above the age of 18.

men are just men as women are just women.

i believe the word "strong" used here means a woman that can think for herself do for herself etc, doesnt find life too mentaly challenging.

A woman that can stand independant of a man or along side him and maintain equality.

its a bit of a stereotype really
