values remian for eternity.  to think that modern life has eroded it is untrue. it has been sidetracked by the media 'cos of sensationalism.  u look at many societies, it's still value- based. even american societies.  its still very traditional.  its s still family oriented.  but the forces of change is moving it away slkowly but not necessarily surely.  

now we hv grp- s*x after marriage.  - promoting chastity.  

dont do drugs/ alcohol etc.  so theres always counterforce happening too.  its a matter of which is faster but modernity has  made many changes happening.  

single parenthood is an issue, a rising one - 'cos the men r not brought up properly  to shoulder responsibilities.  mothers hv not played their proper roles in inculcating values.  read the bahai writings on role of mothers/ women in maintaining values in the family
