how do i post my blog for people to visit it?? not google, maybe something that is free??!!

Wordpress is a great option. The service is free and there are a lot of "skins" that you can sort through to find one that fits your content.

Your traffic that you receive will be dependent upon the content and your ability to get the word out through collaboration and marketing. If you are going to blog for fun just comment on other blogs and leave your blog link in the URL field so that people can follow you.

Google is free, fyi, it's what I use for mine.  Look into feedburner.com or something, they can help with that.

http://www.technorati.com is a good place to list your blogs.  Various social networking sites as mentioned above, myspace, facebook, stumbleupon
