citalopram tablets how effective are they and are they quick to work before you stop having the anxiety attacks

i was on them when i had my second daughter 3 years ago,

they take 2 weeks to get some effect but you may not be on the right dose after 2 weeks of being on a 10mg dose they had to be upped to 30mg a day and then it took a further 6 weeks to get any effect from them
