Post office Call or mail interview?

I got a 82 On the battery exam for the city carrier job about 2 months ago, if they interview me, would it be a phone call or a mail saying what day, time to show up for interview or will be unconsidered if it’s a no show? This is in Philadelphia, PA

I’m just a little rush because my current job is really bad, and just barely making ends meet every month.

thanks!

  1. You'll get a letter telling you to come in for an interview. you'll also have to call to confirm that you intend to be there. Also at that time you'll have to give them your driver's license no. so they can run a check to make sure there's nothing negative on it. So if you have any negative thing on your license besides parking tickets, let them know immediately because believe me they check EVERYTHING. One more thing, I don't know about PA but as far as NJ is concerned, they are not hiring permanent workers only temporary employees so you might want to hold on to that job you have a little while longer...Good luck.
