Hello. I sent a package to brazil about a month ago and my costumer said she didn't receive it yet. Do you know how I can get my items back or how I can get a tracking number? Should I just go to the post office and ask them about the package? Will they know? What if it's lost? It's a very expensive package! ><"

  1. if you have your package registered, yes you can track it down... but if you only sent it via regular USPS, sorry... no way to track it. you just have to pray & hope that it didn't get lost.

  2. Getting lost isn't what I would be worried about. Instead I would be worried about it being stolen. I'm not sure about Brazil, but some countries are notorious for having 'missing' packages. In the US, it is a felony to steal mail. In other countries it is just a common practice.

If you didn't insure or register your package, you're probably out of luck. Without a number, there is no way to track the package.

  3. mmmhhh u should've bought insurrance ur package is long gone buddy
