Post office question, insufficient address, money back question?

i tired to sent a package, but it came back form the post office saying it was an "insufficient address", so my question it do i get my money back or some of my money back from when i tired to sent it... cause this package cost me around 10 dollars... and i was just wondering..

  1. If the address actually was bad, then no. All you pay for with postage is the attempt to deliver it.

    If the address was correct and you think the Postal Service made a mistake by returning it to you, I'd suggest contacting their customer service at 1-800-275-8777.


  2. No, you do not get a rebate or a refund. The US Postal Service provided service to and from the receiving post office. It is not USPS' fault that you did not provide the correct address.
