  1. As a casual they will work you to death.  You will be unloading and loading mountains of mail from 50 ft. tractor trailer non stop, from the time you start to the time you finish.  They will tell you to work hard and this may lead to a full time position, but it won't.  They will only take the ones who are related to someone in the PO and you may not be their favorite.  This job is hard work, so if you are a slouch don't even bother.  They will kill you with work, you won't have to worry about somebody "Going Postal" on you, because you will not be able to see them, you will be on the other side of the mountain of mail working.  You will have no time for them.  Take my advice.  Don't take a casual job.  Apply online for a full time position, then go work for the PO.  They are hiring casuals now for the Christmas Rush Mail..  Oct. to Dec.  then they will lay you off.  PS.  Stressful is not the word.  Horrible is better suited for that kind of work.
