Post video's on youtube? My camera? Windows movie maker? (10 points best answer!!!!)?

Question

Ok, so me and my friend want to make a video with my camera,

And the edit it and everything? But were not sure how to only use parts of a clip, by using windows movie maker?

And if we even can do that?

Or if we wanted to what program should we use? (Like windows movie maker)

Please help us :) Thanks!!

Windows Movie Maker is the easiest program to use in my opinion.  You can upload videos and pictures to create your own video.  You can also add music, captions and effects.  

You can search for "Windows Movie Maker" on YouTube - there are several tutorials that you can watch.  You can also search for "how to create a video for youtube" on YouTube for even more tutorials.
