Postage and handling?

How do u pay for postage and handling on ebay?Is it a part of the payment for a given item?. For example if u made a bank deposit on an item for $6 and the postage and handling is $7 would the amount u pay via bank deposit be $13?

The seller will include it into the invoice when they send you the payment link. If you pay automatically through paypal then paypal will automatically add it in for you...
