  1. Buy postal order from post office.

Make it payable to the ebay seller.

Send it to their address with a copy of the ebay Checkout page for the item you won.

If you don't have their name or address, you will find it on the Checkout page or by emailing them.

  2. u have to get the postal order at the post office then send it to the seller then they send u the item.

  3. Well, first you should read every listing to see if the seller accepts Money Orders, because some do not.  If yours does, if you win the auction, your seller will send an invoice and it will have a button to press for Send Money Order.  It will also have the seller's address.  Then you would buy the MO and mail it.  You will have no protection and no way to get your money back if something goes wrong.

In October, I believe, eBay will no longer allow mailed in payments.  So you should really set up a free Paypal.com account as soon as possible.

  4. If the seller accepts money orders, go to the post office and buy one. If the seller doesn't accept money orders, email the seller and say you misread the listing and ask for permission to send a money order.

  5. go to the post office and say can i have a postal order for £X.XX and then send it to the seller in an envelope using royal mail first class recorded.

  6. Have you checked the item listing to see if the seller accepts postal orders as a means of payment? If they do then just post one that covers the the final price & postage to the seller. Send them a message via the item's page to arrange to do so. If they do not accept postal orders I would suggest you contact the seller and apologise for bidding when you can only pay with a method they do not accept and ask if they would do so this once for you. If they refuse there is not much you can do and you may get a none paying bidder dispute launched against you.

  7. email seller telling them you are paying by postal order

buy postal order from post office and write on back ebay item number etc

    send recorded delivery

also consider crossing the postal order as it means it has to be paid into a bank account.

    hope this helps!
