Postal stamps on line?

There is a company that send me a kit to buy stamps, they offer bonus that never gave, plus without usind that service these people started to charge me 16 dolares.

Where can I complain about this people?

Call your credit card company/bank as if you didn't authorise it they may be able to refund you. Most Credit cards will if the service as not been provided as described.

Go to United states postal service <www.usps.com> and you can order stamps for the regular price plus one dollar shipping and  handling.
