Postal workers, please help - what would you do?

Mail was stolen by a carrier and the crime was covered up by his supervisor. The Inspector General's Office opened the case, but did not follow through or crack the case. The evidence was quite obvious. Who else would you contact? Who would be above the Inspector General?

  1. Since theft of mail is a Federal offense, then the next step would be a call to the local or regional office of the FBI.

  2. Contact the US Postal Inspectors Office with your complaint.
