Postgrad medical training in Australia?

Question

I will soon be finishing my undergraduate medical study and internship in India. I would like to pursue my postgraduate medical training in Australia. I would like to know if any university in Australia offers courses for postgraduate training apart from paramedical courses and if so, what are the requirements that should be met with to be eligible for application for postgraduate training. Kindly provide me with the necessary details.

In Australia, it's complicated because you can study medicine as an undergraduate.

Post grad are usually master degrees in australia but generally our bachelors gives us entry into masters in most courses so im really not sure... we dont really have anything like med school like to be a surgeon its 6 years full time doubling in medicl science and surgery but you are eccepted straight from high school you dont do anything before it.
