Posting a story on LJ(Live Journal)?

Hi. Can anyone help me? I want to post a story on my journal page and also on a journal fanfiction page. Without making it two post. uh, maybe a better way example it is when you chick on a story the story take you to that person personal live journal page. If your confused just say so.
