I want to know if any other women experienced this. How do you handle? i'm walking about 3.5 miles 3 times a week, I am eating ok (not perfectly but I'm not pigging out), and I was always sort of thin before. Help.

  1. My weight came off pretty easy with my first two children, but with my 3rd (and last) i had a very hard time. I too was walking and eating what I thought was pretty healthy. I then started using the weightwatchers online tool. I didn't have time for meetings (3 kids and a career) but found the online tool extremely helpful. I realized that I wasn't eating as healthy as I thought. It was a complete education. The hard and fast truth about weight loss is calories calories calories. Either eat less or burn more. A lot of us have to work harder on either consuming less or burning more than others. After WW, I ended up losing the extra 20 pounds I was carrying and have now kept it off for 6 years. Good luck!

  2. Hi, first I feel your pain and frustrations.  I had 2 kids and wow, what a mess to the body!

How much weight did you gain with your pregnancy and when did you have your baby?

Maybe I can help after I know a little more!

    :)
