    deliquescent

    Density 2.044 g/cm³, solid

    Melting point 360 °C

    Boiling point 1320 °C

    Solubility in water 1100 g/L (25 °C)

LOTS of other info is at this website:

  6. Let me tell you a few things...

    it's chemical symbol is KOH

it is a STRONG base... you wouldn't want to touch it, nor would you want to touch a relatively concentrated aqueous solution containing KOH.  They are severely caustic, (essentially meaning they will give you chemical burns where you come in contact with them.)

    KOH is an ionic compound.

    I hope that helps.

  7. It is a strong base.
