Potential field up for the Heat 3 at Nottingham
Collected for the Grade OR Heat 3 are six highly talented and versatile hounds who are up for the 500 metres flat challenge on Friday, 28th September, 2012 at Nottingham. Trying their luck with the £100 prize money are stake are Gemstone Annie,
Westmead Aouita, Canigetawordin, Romeo Patriot and Hedsor Robbie.
The two-year-old black b***h out of, Swift Jade, has bagged a grade OR through the last outing after two Grade T races. She grabbed the second heat of the Nottingham Produce Stakes on 24th September, 2012 at Nottingham over 500 metres.
Breaking free from the fourth trap in the black vest, the two-year-old concluded the race in 31.40 seconds despite getting crowded when racing ahead the rest of the lot. The K. Hutton trained defeated Midfield by 4 ¼ lengths.
The third position was hawked by, Canigeteawordin.
Drawing the first trap is being considered as a lucky omen for Crash’s daughter. She has raced from the same box before too, and has the leverage of breaking into a high gear and then maintain it to the wire.
The remaining entries have prepared for tonight’s challenge by getting drilled right before their try at the open level.
Droopys Vieri’s two-year-old black hound, Westmead Aouita, out of, Westmead Aoifa, managed the second position in the first heat of the Nottingham Produce Stakes.
Becoming victim of getting crowded cost him the race that was won by, Jazz Tilly, in 31.38 seconds, he missed the race by 1 ½ lengths and had Westmead Atlas following right in the tracks.
Having drawn the second stall will help as he scored second just recently through it.
Another strength in the field is the two-year-old black dog, Romeo Patriot, who has been racing at the same race track and over the same distance since quite a while.
His last success was in the Grade A1 500 metres flat race on 1st September, 2012 at Nottingham over 500 metres.
Taking flight from the sixth stall, picking up pace only gradually and racing on despite getting crowded got him the race in 30.17 seconds by the margin of 1 ¼ lengths.
