Potential problem with a resume I submitted?

I made my resume using Microsoft Word 2007 and have sent it to several potential employers already and it has been recently brought to my attention that some users with Microsoft Word 2003 may not be able to open my resume because I had made it using the 2007 version. Should I resend the potential employer my resume but this time put my resume in the 2003 format or just let it go? I really want this job, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

As a Recruiter, I would tell you to resubmit it, if they see they already have one from you they will keep the most current - it won't hurt.  Or you can call the company and see if they received your resume.
