  1. I just wanted to say thanx for this question because I was unsuccessful with my dahlias this year, so maybe next year I will try again! :)


  2. I would try more sun.  Flowers need it to bloom.  They can be healthy with a certain amount but not bloom.  So I suggest exposing it to more sunlight.

  3. .Probably the biggest challenge for growing dahlias in containers is keeping these fast-growing, succulent plants properly watered. Dahlias will not bloom freely when they get too little or inconsistent moisture. Even during periods of heavier rainfall, it's best to monitor the soil to make sure it's evenly moist. Like many container-grown plants, dahlias might need watering daily when the weather is very hot, dry or windy. To avoid problems, don't let pots sit in water-filled saucers.
