Anyone got any tips hints or practise routines on how to improve recognizing those potting angles and aiming points.

Before you answer :

I work hard on my cue action and am cueing fairly straight.

My highest break is 62 in a match and 94 in practise.

Things i have tried gost ball, the three main aming points three quater ball etc.

I have a rough idea where to aim but not 100% sure on every shot.

Any ideas

  1. put an imaginary ball in front of the ball you want to pot, that is where you want the cue ball to hit.

  2. Draw a line straight through the ball to the center of the pocket that is your aim point the rest is cue ball control
