Question

I have a low and high carb. adj. but they are restricted by a plastic covering over the adjustments. The plastic restrictors can be removed. I would like to set the carb. adjustments up like it is suppose to be coming out of the box. I cleaned the carb., replaced fuel lines and primer bulb and am having a hard time starting. I just got the saw so I don't have any history. I had it started a couple of times but ends up dying out and then difficult to start. I thought if I started with initial setting then adjust low 1/4 turn out until I get results then it would be downhill. What do you suggest?
