Pounds to Euros Currency Exchange?

Hi i am going to spain for a few weeks and really do not want to take any cards people so i would prefer to exchange my money here in london and im looking for a good place to do this i heard marks and spencers offer a good exchange rate most of the time, anyone know any other good places with good reps of paying good euros???
