Powder Foundation Question?

Can any pressed powder foundation be used wet for more coverage? I know some say they can be used wet or dry, but can all of them?

Best way to find out is try it.  If you r buying a brand u can't try ask within the store if it is returnable if it doesn't work.  I sell Bare Escentuals and it can work wet or dry.   gl

no not all of them. there are certain brands that have products for the kind your talking about. i think covergirl has a good one
