My generator is not producing electricity. I have 2 120V receptacle with no power. I checked the capacitor(a 100 microfarad) and the reading was 135microfarad. I also noted that the positive terminal of the capacitor was connected to the neutral(white wire) and the negative terminal to capacitor is connected to the Hot(black wire). Can this type connection be the problem. Capacitor is 100uF polarity 200VDC and connected to AC Voltage. Please advise.
