Power Issues for Olevia LT23 :(

Question

My Olevia LT23 is having a power issue. Power supply is present as the red standby light is on but i just coudn't turn it on by pressing either the remote button or the manual button. When pressed the light goes out for an instant than right back on without the screen coming on.

I have plugged my cell phone USB cable into the service port (as suggested on this website), which so far, turns the TV right on but it will not turn back on without the USB plugged in.

Any suggestions for a permanent fix?
