Power Plate Vibration Equipment Exercises?

Hi Everyone,

I have just bought a vibration machine similar to the power plate unfortunately it does not come with any video or DVD of exercises. Does anyone know of any sites or downloads showing exercises. Especially for the abdominals. I am male if this matters for the exercise sites.

There are exercises actually on the vibrogym website - it's a power plate 9 week introduction to get the best results.

It in Pdf format so you'll have to have something like Adobe.
