I have a PowerPoint 2007 and when making a slideshow and adding music to it, how can I save it so the music could be heard too? The music is set to play during the show and on my computer it works fine because the program knows where the music file is, but once I send it via email it has no sound. So my question is, how do I save it with the sound?

  1. also send the song that you used. and when you save it to a cd or usb, always attached the song that you used...

    that's what I know..

  2. There are serval disadvantages of attaching a PowerPoint presentation to Email.

    1. Big file size. It is difficult for delivery.

    2. All the linked files will not show on other computers. Such as music, video, and so.

In order to make a successful business, I recommend you convert your presentation to Flash to ensure the quality of presentation. The benefits are that the converted file will be reduce to 90% of its original file size, all the linked files will be embedded in Flash.

Some third party presentation tool such as PPT2Flash Standard

  3. When sending PowerPoint presentation to others, you should send it together with the sound in it.

And then reinsert it to the ppt on the other computer.

Or you can try to convert your PowerPoint to video, then send it to others.

After the conversion, all things in the original PowerPoint would be kept including transitions, animatioins, sounds and movie clips.

You no longer need to worry that something would be lost when emailing it.

There are also many other benifits of converting your PowerPoint to video.

Such as, you can upload the converted video to some online sharing websites like YouTube. You can also view your PowerPoint on some mobile devices like iPod, iPhone...

    Try this tool:
