Power Ranger Costume

This year for Halloween, I want to make myself a white power ranger costume, but I don't know where to start. Where can I get the white tight/stretchy pants? I got the gloves and shoes already, and how should I make the belt, body armor, greaves, gauntlets and the helmet? Any suggestions?
