Power Supply problem? Olevia 265T FHD 65" LCD

I bought this TV in September 2009, it's still under warranty but Olevia is in bankruptcy. They want me to ship this TV to them. It's huge and weighs 256lbs, I also do not have the original box.

The problem started on Friday the 13th, Feb. 2009. The TV would just power itself off, then come back on. It basically hasn't been used since Saturday. I just tried it again after having it unplugged for a few days. It only clicks On/Off within a few seconds now.

I suspect the power supply and considered having Olevia ship it to me and having a local repair shop repair it. Olevia asked if I was sure it was the power supply and not the mainboard. Well NO, I'm not a TV repair person although I have built PC's from individual components and am also a Cisco certified Network engineer.

My question is, are there aftermarket Power supplies? Does a power supply in a TV connect up with modular cables as they do in a PC, or are the connections soldered? Where could I buy an aftermarket Power supply? Only because if the Olevia is a cheap Power Supply, why replace it with the same thing.

Finally, does this sound like the Power Supply or the Mainboard?
