Im going to korea for summer. I know that korea use type C (CEE 7/16) for power cord (220v). do i need a converter?? or will my stuff be okay. im going to be using a labtop(toshiba), dvd player(insignia), psp(sony), and camera(sony). right now i have a 50w-1600w converter (which cost me $39). as you can see i need a to plug 4 things. So is it okay for me to put it on 1600w and plug in with a extension cord with 4 plugs and use my things?? or do i only need a adapter and should return the converter??? if i can use the adapter can i plug in with a extension cord with 4 plugs and use my things??what do i need to do??

  1. The laptop, the camera, and the PSP maybe using switching power supply (100~240V) so you can plug them directly. Check there adaptor markings. Your converter is enough to power your DVD.

In any case, you don't have to plug them at the same time. You can charge your camera and PSP while your are sleeping or out for shopping.
