  1. Health is a condition in which you need mental and complete physical fitness as well. Health without physical fitness is just like a car without engine or any essential component. Fitness is only achieved when you have power, strength, agility and endurance.

    We can classify fitness into four main components: strength, speed, stamina and flexibility. However, according to exercise scientists, there are nine identified components that comprise the definition of fitness. Some of major fitness components are as under:

    Strength: It is the ability of the muscles to exert force by contracting or holding or restraining an object or person

    Power: it is the ability to release maximum muscular contraction instantly in the shortest period of time. Other main components of power are strength and speed. For maximum effective performance you need to combine Speed and force in different activities such as jumping, football kick, basketball throw etc.

    Normally a human can exert only less than one-half horsepower for a short period of time or only few minutes. The mean grade of human power that can be sustained over a certain period of time, state over the span of one minute or one hour is intriguing to engineers conceiving work procedures in industry. Flight over the English Channel by a pilot utilizing only his human power displays one stark use of human power


    Agility: It is the ability of someone to exhibit a series of explosive power movements in rapid succession in opposing directions quickly and effectively e.g. Zigzag running or cutting movements etc.

    Balance: It is the ability of someone to control the position of the body under static and dynamic conditions e.g. performing a gymnastics stunt.
