  1. No. You should go into business with a few local de@dbeat dads and make recipricating windmills. Crab Claw type sails float pretty well in modest breezes and there are usually some breezes blowing right over a guys head if he can get a sail high enough. Sail area over turbine area = increased potential to create power from lower velocity breezes cheaper. Recycled cloth will work on such a sail. Balloons can hoist such sails, rigging and generators effectively and at little cost, considering that all of it can be made from recycled stuff that people toss out. De@dbeat dads have no business rights of thier own, you could help each other out, because to a de@dbeat dad working with you beats 2.5 years in federal pen at hard labor, and he can give lots of time, cause what else can he do? Many have "imputed incomes" too high to actually earn over time. If they get old they cannot quit, If they get sick they cannot quit. If they turn out to be the wrong race, age, ethnicity or  gender for the likings of the new boss they are bound to get in the 10 future years of waiting for the kiddy to grow up so they can have a life again then they are likely candidates for "conserfative class warfare", and prison. But, lucky for you, some of these fellows were not working for years due to illness, etc., when they were assessed, but have now recovered. Case laws do not permit the judge to hunt them untill they get a paying job. But you don't have to offer that do you? You can set up a not for profit. The details of that not for profit can benifit you and your "partners / de@dbeat dad friends"; this is because conserfatives are as greedy as they come, and know nobody pays any attention to not for profits. Thus they fashioned, deliberately, laws that permit a not for profit to "convert" to a for profit, and then be sold.

So, go fly a kite. Get rich selling electricity generated by wind power on paper based balloons similar to those used by the Japanese in WWII (a technology that by all rights all citizens own as a war trophy). And help out men who's only crime was being "liberal" in a time when conserfatives were using d ate r ape d rugs to "legally" treat "tax kleptomania" with Freudian inspired self r ape via d ate r ape d rugs in the midst of an AIDS crisis. Be todays Oscar Schindler.

  2. NO!!!!  Pay for what you use when you use it. You should pay a price as the market changes. Don't lock in contracts at a certain price, then get screwed if prices drop to $0.10/cents KWH and you'll be cursing yourself.

Pay for what you use. If prices rise, cut back.
