Power cord exchangable

Hello. A friend of mine offered to buy me a Nespresso C190 in the US, but I guess the power cord won't fit in European sockets. Could anyone tell me if it's just to buy a new power cord and unplug the US-version from the machine and exchange it with a european cord? Thanks!
