I purchased this item one year ago. Today I turned it on and only received a blinking green light on the on of switch. The Screen flickers occasionaly, but will not power on. Can you help me?

I have check the power card and followed the user manual by unplugging it for 60 seconds, but to no avail.

Please Help Me!
