I know asthmatics who smoke. They too claim it's not a problem.

The truth is, you have no idea what the long term effects will be. Only thing that is for certain: if you drink water in stead, you won't get any nasty surprises.

You don't need energy drinks - if you eat healthy, exercise and sleep 8 hours a night you'll have plenty of energy!!
