Power in my Room?

I think there's something wrong with the power in my room, it only works whenever I have something plugged into the left wall socket and when it is pulled it shuts everything off. Does anyone know how to fix this, What is causing this to happen, as well as if this is a hazardous? Anything would be great.

Sounds as there is a loose wire in that box. This has caused a short and could become hazardous. Correction of this will most likely fix the other outlets.

the outlet is wired wrong the rest of the room is in series with the outlet.
