I am currently residing in United States (Wisconsin). I need to buy a land in India. What is the procedure for giving Power Of Attorney to my father? Please advise.

General Power of Attorney prepared on plan paper in favour of your father dully signed,witnessed & attested by the Notary Public with his Stamp from USA has to be sent to your father who can use this GPA for conducting any land/property transaction on your behalf.
