Power on then a few seconds later turns off .power...

i have a sony trinitron model number kv27fs120 ireplaced the horisontal ouput transitor it was shorted across all three terminalls but it still is the same thanks i checked all fuse resisters all okay plus all diodes okay plus the regulator ic is okay
