Power on without pressing power button if...

Hello my acer laptob travelmate starting to work without my pressing on power button when i conect it with power source (charger}and every time ask me to renew cmos settingsi i renew cmos settings and save changes after restarting my laptob shutting down and stop workin until i disconect the cmos battery please help me to solve this problem
