  1. J.P.Nagar VI phase is served by BESCOM's S-3 sub-division, whose office is just at a walkable distance in I phase, (opp.of 6th phase). The power supply is normal as in other phases of J.P.Nagar and no special preferential or adverse position obtains.

Summer in Bangalore is for about three months in a year +/-15days. Since Bangalore is no longer the garden city that it was earlier, generally the temperature has risen upto 38*celcius. The weather in summer is generally dry. Monsoon is generally scatterred but heavy downpours three-four times for 2-3 days at a stretch. As for JPN6, the area developed by BDA does not have any waterlogging. But the area on 24th to 26th mains get affected due to nearby lake overflowing, but it is not a big problem and bearable. First floor accommodation even here, will pose no problem.

  2. I am too in J P Nagar.

Specifically nothing to worry in general.

Power outages are common any where in Bengaluru, that too it is just beginning of summer, & JPN is no exception.
