  1. 03 dodge ram with a 5.9 cummins. power steering works cold and does not work when truck warms up. gets progressivly worse from cold to hot. hydroboost breaks work but pedal presses back on your foot harder than normal when breaks are applied. thought power steering puwp to be bad and replaced. fluid level good. what could be causing this condition? thank you for any info you may have.
