I was having power supply trouble,  it was screeching loud enough to be annoying.  I call tech support and they sent a new one in three days, way to go Gateway.  The original was a Astec 250w and the new one is a Newton 250w. The Newton seems to be quieter and the plug configeration is different than the Astec.  I hope the plug config is not a bad thing because its already installed but is one any better than the other or are they the lowest priced for Gateway to use.
